Torch-On products are primarily used for flat roofs, box gutters and parapet walls. We use the board and torch application system on IBR/corrugated zinc roofs with little or no pitch. All new Torch-On products come with a 10-year guarantee. This is on condition that the roof is maintained every 2 years.

We also give a 2-year workmanship warrantee when we maintain an existing Torch-On roof.
