Weathersure Terms and Conditions
Upon acceptance of the quote a 70% deposit will be required to secure materials, the balance payable in full on completion (on presentation of Invoice) Payment of the deposit will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of this quote.
Any quotation on or under R12000 do not qualify for promotional discounts.
Weathersure cannot be held liable for any hidden or latent defects to the surface being unattended to and or monkeys and any wildlife damages. Guarantees will only be issued once the invoice has been paid in full. Guarantees will become null and void should there be evidence of tampering of the waterproofing by others.
Client is to arrange access to the site in order for Weathersure to complete the project timeously.
Client is responsible for removing items of furniture, fittings, fixtures and/or vehicles etc. which may become damaged during the course of the work. The works carried out will be limited to the points in this quote. Any unseen, hidden or additional works will be quoted for seperately. Should any additional work be required by the Client, Weathersure is to be informed and an additional quote will be sent accordingly.
Weathersure will amend and resubmit the quotation should the Client opt to proceed with selected items. Weathersure will exercise extreme caution where works are being carried out close to any cabling, but will not he held responsible for damage to cables which are brittle or worn due to exposure to the elements. Weathersure will not provide any guarantee on rust, cracks and hail damage. The guarantee will become null and void should any hail holes be found in the waterproofing as these damages can be claimed from the Client's insurance.
A quote will be subitted on request. Should payment of the invoice not be received within 7 days, Weathersure reserves the right to remove any materials utilised to complete the project or hand over for collection with costs. The guarantee will become null and void should the waterproofing fail as a result of a structural defect of the building.
All prices are subject to re-measurement. Installation only of materials supplied by the Client will render the guarantee null and void. All materials remain the property of Weathersure until full payment has been received in full.
All works are guaranteed, provided that the waterproofing is maintained by Weathersure every 2 years (Conditions Apply).
Pressure Washing Terms and Conditions
Weathersure will not be held responsible for any damages caused by water ingress whilst pressure washing your roof. Client to provide a water source and electricity on day of arrival. Weathersure is not responsible for any damages caused to vehicles, furniture, swimming pools, ponds, fixtures, fittings etc.
